The New Patek Philippe Twenty~4 7340/1R Perpetual Calendar

Introduced in 1999, the Twenty~4 collection was Patek Philippe’s first dedicated line of feminine timepieces. The original model featured an Art Deco-inspired manchette (cuff) design, but in 2018, the brand unveiled the Twenty~4 Automatic, which is a round-cased iteration powered by an automatic movement. This year, Patek Philippe elevates the collection further by introducing a perpetual calendar complication, marking the collection's debut in the realm of Grand Complications.
Crafted entirely in 18K rose gold, the watch features a 36mm case with a slender profile of just 9.95mm, making it sit gracefully on the wrist. The case is meticulously finished with a combination of polished and brushed surfaces, enhancing its refined aesthetic. Two dial options are available. The Ref. 7340/1R-001 features a silvery opaline dial with a vertical satin finish, evoking the texture of shantung silk that feature irregular texture, while the Ref. 7340/1R-010 presents an olive green sunburst dial for a more contemporary appeal.

Introducing The New Rolex GMT Master II

Steel Case with Grey-Black Bezel

While speculation abounded about possible new versions of Rolex watches, such as talk of a “Cook” or “Blueberry” version of the Rolex GMT-Master 2, Rolex surprised enthusiasts as usual, by presenting a watch with a black and gray bezel, and in Oyster stainless steel.

After much anticipation and talk about the fact that the next GMT watch will be in blue, which is called “Blue Berry”, which is a rare version of Rolex, the company did not give any official statement about its existence or deny it. Yes, Rolex unveiled a blue watch, but not within the GMT collection. Instead, it presented the “Deepsea” watch made of yellow gold, and speaking of the blue color, the Swiss company also presented the 1908 edition with a blue guilloché dial. Rolex has launched many versions, perhaps the most prominent of which is the Daytona with a mother of pearl dial. You can follow all the new releases on our platform.

Despite widespread speculation, the Batman/Batgirl and Pepsi models have not been discontinued, as they remain listed on the brand’s official website. Notably, the black and grey ceramic bezel, previously introduced in last year's Yellow Gold and Rolesor Back GMT-Master II models, makes a return.

The case dimensions of the latest GMT remain unchanged, featuring a 40mm diameter and 11.9mm height. With a Triplock crown and solid steel screwed back, the watch ensures water-resistance up to 100m. Its anti-reflective sapphire crystal protects the grey-and-black ceramic bezel, featuring a 24-hour scale with platinum-coated numerals via a PVD process.

Regarding the dial, the new GMT Master II adheres to tradition, boasting a glossy black lacquered surface adorned with applied 18k white gold markers and hands, illuminated by Chromalight technology. Positioned at 3 o'clock is the date window, while the return of the green GMT hand and GMT Master II insignia brings a notable change.

Powering the timepiece is the in-house automatic caliber 3285, announced at bazelword in  2018, a GMT movement operating at 4Hz with a Chronergy escapement, offering a commendable 70-hour power reserve. All adjustments, including those for the date and GMT complications, can be made via the crown, with the movement achieving an accuracy range of -2/+2 seconds per day.

Available with either the classic 3-link Oyster bracelet or the Jubilee bracelet, both options feature an Oysterlock folding clasp for secure closure.

Available from the permanent collection, the new steel, black-and-grey Rolex GMT Master II are priced at EUR 11,000 which is equivalent to 44,000 AED on Oyster bracelet and EUR 11,200 which is equivalent to 43,650 AED on Jubilee bracelet.
