The Summit Collection: A Strong First Step for New Brand Earthen

Earthen Company is one of the freshest names to enter the watch market, founded in Hong Kong in 2025 by a group of passionate collectors and enthusiasts. Co-founder Jonathan Chan, also a key figure behind The Horology Club, explains that the team approached this project as collectors first, not as traditional watchmakers.

The result is a debut that doesn’t chase trends but instead offers something unique, a series of ceramic, field- and pilot-inspired watches at an accessible price point. With the launch of the Summit Collection, it’s clear Earthen intends to make an impression from day one.

Introducing Hamilton Unveils the Jazzmaster Skeleton 40mm in Empire Green

A beautiful green hue brings elegance to the Jazzmaster collection

Over the years, the Jazzmaster line has grown into one of Hamilton’s signature collections, with the Skeleton editions standing out for their ability to reveal the beating mechanics beneath the dial. Released in multiple sizes and colors, these models have established themselves as a contemporary expression of the brand’s dress-watch DNA.

The latest addition continues this journey with the Jazzmaster Skeleton 40mm in Empire Green, a model that reenergizes the collection with a bold new dial color.

The watch is housed in a stainless steel case measuring 40mm in diameter and 11.05mm in thickness. Sculpted lugs ensure comfort on the wrist, while a sapphire crystal with anti-reflective coating provides clarity from the front. Turning the watch over reveals a transparent caseback, offering a second view of the movement inside. The case is water resistant to 50 meters.

The highlight of this edition is the Empire Green dial. Its deep, saturated tone enhances the skeletonised cutouts, adding depth and contrast to the visible running gearbarrel, and balance wheel. Nickel-plated indices and hands ensure legibility, with Super-LumiNova applied to the hour and minute hands for visibility in low light.

At its heart beats the Hamilton H-10-S, a skeletonised version of the Powermatic 80 calibre. This automatic movement features 25 jewels, operates at a frequency of 21,600 vph (3Hz), and delivers an impressive 80-hour power reserve.

The watch is available on a brown leather strap with a pin buckle or on a stainless steel bracelet with a folding clasp. It joins the permanent collection and is priced at CHF 1,195 (approximately AED 5,600) on the leather strap, or CHF 1,275 (approximately AED 6,000) on the steel bracelet.
