The New Patek Philippe Twenty~4 7340/1R Perpetual Calendar

Introduced in 1999, the Twenty~4 collection was Patek Philippe’s first dedicated line of feminine timepieces. The original model featured an Art Deco-inspired manchette (cuff) design, but in 2018, the brand unveiled the Twenty~4 Automatic, which is a round-cased iteration powered by an automatic movement. This year, Patek Philippe elevates the collection further by introducing a perpetual calendar complication, marking the collection's debut in the realm of Grand Complications.
Crafted entirely in 18K rose gold, the watch features a 36mm case with a slender profile of just 9.95mm, making it sit gracefully on the wrist. The case is meticulously finished with a combination of polished and brushed surfaces, enhancing its refined aesthetic. Two dial options are available. The Ref. 7340/1R-001 features a silvery opaline dial with a vertical satin finish, evoking the texture of shantung silk that feature irregular texture, while the Ref. 7340/1R-010 presents an olive green sunburst dial for a more contemporary appeal.

News Dubai Sets the Stage for Rolex’s Latest Partnership Reveal

Rolex to Become the First Title Partner for SailGP Championship

Rolex has revealed that it has signed a contract with the SailGP Organising Committee to become the first Title Partner of the prestigious championship since its inception. The announcement comes just weeks after the French group LVMH succeeded Rolex as the title sponsor of Formula 1.

This marks Rolex’s next strategic move in the competitive world of sponsorship and advertising, where companies benefit greatly from the marketing revenue generated by audiences of luxury sports events. Rolex has long been a prominent sponsor of prestigious events across various fields, particularly in sports and the arts, including tennis, golf, and equestrian tours.

Now, Rolex is extending its involvement in the world of competitive sailing by becoming the first-ever Title Partner of SailGP, the elite sailing competition, which will now be known as the Rolex SailGP Championship. The partnership was unveiled at the grand launch event for the 2025 season, held at Expo City in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

The event saw invited guests, including all 12 national teams, celebrate the new partnership while enjoying an immersive preview of the upcoming season. Earlier this week, SailGP also announced Emirates and DP World as Global League Partners and revealed the full lineup of 12 teams for the 2025 season.

In addition to the partnership with SailGP, Rolex’s presence in Dubai continues to grow. Ahmed Seddiqi & Sons, the official Rolex retailer in Dubai, has joined the Rolex Certified Pre-Owned Programme. The new programme will officially launch on 29 November at the Rolex Boutique in Wafi Mall.
