The Summit Collection: A Strong First Step for New Brand Earthen

Earthen Company is one of the freshest names to enter the watch market, founded in Hong Kong in 2025 by a group of passionate collectors and enthusiasts. Co-founder Jonathan Chan, also a key figure behind The Horology Club, explains that the team approached this project as collectors first, not as traditional watchmakers.

The result is a debut that doesn’t chase trends but instead offers something unique, a series of ceramic, field- and pilot-inspired watches at an accessible price point. With the launch of the Summit Collection, it’s clear Earthen intends to make an impression from day one.

Lang & Heyne

Lang & Heyne is a German luxury watchmaker that was established in 2001 by two passionate individuals, Mirko Heyne and Marco Lang, in the city of Dresden. Marco Lang, a fifth-generation watchmaker, played a crucial role in founding the company after dedicating seven years to the study of horology.

The brand's watch models, as of 2015, are named after historical rulers of Saxony, a region in Germany with a rich history. These timepieces are personally designed by Marco Lang himself, showcasing his expertise and creative vision. The inspiration for the designs is drawn from a 19th-century mural located in Dresden.

With its foundation in Dresden, Lang & Heyne embraces the traditional craftsmanship and heritage associated with German watchmaking. The brand is committed to producing high-quality, handcrafted timepieces that appeal to connoisseurs of fine horology.

Lang & Heyne's watches are renowned for their exquisite craftsmanship, attention to detail, and exclusive designs. As an independent watchmaker, the brand takes pride in its ability to create unique and personalized timepieces that reflect the wearer's taste and preferences.
