Introducing Massena LAB Collaborates with Raúl Pagès to Unveil the Noctograph
Welcome to the hub of the horoloy
A classic watch inspired by the architecture of Burj Khalifa
Just one month ago, Vyntage Horology marked its entrance into the world of horology with a grand launch at Dubai Watch Week 2023. This new independent watch brand introduces its first two collections, Monograph and Purity,
Vyntage Horology now comes back with in collaboration, with the Swiss watchmaker Louis Erard, giving us a limited timepiece. A classical watch design draws inspiration from the world's most famous and tallest skyscraper, Burj Khalifa.
Comes in a polished stainless-steel case of the Louis Erard X Vyntage watches takes a simple and classical approach to dress watch design. When you look at the watch, it may resemble Louis Erard Petit Second watches, but upon testing, we confirmed that this collaboration has added a distinctive touch to the timepiece. The long straight lugs feature a pronounced downward curve, the case side profile is softly rounded, and the smooth bezel is elegantly narrow, giving the design an all-dial appearance when viewed from above. The 39mm model balances these elements cleanly and evenly in images. While the case telegraphs a formal lifestyle, 50 meters of water resistance ensures all-day peace of mind and flexibility for the occasional adventure.
The watches feature a sand-colored dial brushed in a snailled pattern. With Arabic numerals printed on a satin-finished chapter ring, the classic small seconds counter of the running second is also reinterpreted here with strict minimalism, no indices, and a single dot and Vyntage printed at noon. Given a dash of verve with a polished surface, the special element in this collaboration is the hands. The Burj Khalifa-shaped hour and minute hands add a touch of architectural elegance. Limited to 99 pieces.
Beneath the sapphire caseback is the reliable Swiss automatic elaboré grade Sellita SW261-1 with an openworked rotor and black lacquered LE logo. The movement has a frequency of 28,800vph/4Hz, a power reserve of 38 hours when fully wound, and features a stop-seconds mechanism. Each movement has been customized by Louis Erard with the brand’s partially skeletonized rotor with the “LE” logo in black lacquer. The caseback ring continues the polished finish of the rest of the case and is adorned with engraved branding. Engraved with "Vyntage Edition 1 of 99" on the case back.
The watch features a gray grained calf leather strap with stainless steel buckle engraved with Louis Erard.
This edition is limited to only 99 pieces and comes at a price of 9,900 AED, which is equivalent to 2,400 CFH.
