The New Patek Philippe Twenty~4 7340/1R Perpetual Calendar

Introduced in 1999, the Twenty~4 collection was Patek Philippe’s first dedicated line of feminine timepieces. The original model featured an Art Deco-inspired manchette (cuff) design, but in 2018, the brand unveiled the Twenty~4 Automatic, which is a round-cased iteration powered by an automatic movement. This year, Patek Philippe elevates the collection further by introducing a perpetual calendar complication, marking the collection's debut in the realm of Grand Complications.
Crafted entirely in 18K rose gold, the watch features a 36mm case with a slender profile of just 9.95mm, making it sit gracefully on the wrist. The case is meticulously finished with a combination of polished and brushed surfaces, enhancing its refined aesthetic. Two dial options are available. The Ref. 7340/1R-001 features a silvery opaline dial with a vertical satin finish, evoking the texture of shantung silk that feature irregular texture, while the Ref. 7340/1R-010 presents an olive green sunburst dial for a more contemporary appeal.

Introducing Venezianico Lunches The Redentore Enigma in Red

New aesthetic for the Italian brand’s famous regulator watch

Venezianico is an Italian microbrand known for its well-crafted timepieces with beautiful dials and accessible prices. Building on the success of its regulator watch, the Redentore Enigma, the brand introduces a striking new version with a red dial. The Redentore collection is inspired by the Basilica del Redentore, a masterpiece by Venetian architect Andrea Palladio, the father of Neoclassicism. The Enigma variant takes this a step further by incorporating a regulator complication, a feature dating back to the 18th century.

Like its predecessor, the watch comes in a 40mm case made of 316L stainless steel, with a thickness of 11.4mm. It features a polished finish and a matching stainless steel bezel framing a domed sapphire crystal. The caseback is engraved with the famous clock tower in Venice, the historical landmark that inspired the brand’s logo.

The red fumé dial has two recessed sub-dials, crafted through CNC machining. The regulator complication arranges time indicators across different axes: an elegant dauphine central hand displays the minutes, while a small sub-dial shows the hours in a 24-hour format.

Powering the watch is the automatic Seiko NH39A movement, a reliable and widely used caliber. It operates at a frequency of 21,600 vph (3Hz) and provides a 41-hour power reserve. The timepiece is paired with a genuine aged leather strap crafted in Tuscany (a region in central Italy). An optional Canova bracelet is available for an additional cost.

The Redentore Enigma joins Venezianico’s permanent collection and is priced at €625 / AED 2,370, with the Canova bracelet upgrade available for an additional €85, bringing the total to €705 / AED 2,700.
