Introduced in 1999, the Twenty~4 collection was Patek Philippe’s first dedicated line of feminine timepieces. The original model featured an Art Deco-inspired manchette (cuff) design, but in 2018, the brand unveiled the Twenty~4 Automatic, which is a round-cased iteration powered by an automatic movement. This year, Patek Philippe elevates the collection further by introducing a perpetual calendar complication, marking the collection's debut in the realm of Grand Complications.
Crafted entirely in 18K rose gold, the watch features a 36mm case with a slender profile of just 9.95mm, making it sit gracefully on the wrist. The case is meticulously finished with a combination of polished and brushed surfaces, enhancing its refined aesthetic. Two dial options are available. The Ref. 7340/1R-001 features a silvery opaline dial with a vertical satin finish, evoking the texture of shantung silk that feature irregular texture, while the Ref. 7340/1R-010 presents an olive green sunburst dial for a more contemporary appeal.

Nivada Grenchen has unveiled its latest creation: the Chronomaster Aviator Sea Diver Full Black, a fusion of historical significance and contemporary design. This limited edition watch pays homage to the original Chronomaster collection, launched in 1963. The groundbreaking model was designed to be a versatile chronograph suitable for divers, aviators, and anyone in between.
The Chronomaster collection was revived in 2018 under the stewardship of Guillaume Laidet, who breathed new life into the brand while staying true to its heritage. The reintroduction of the Chronomaster series was met with enthusiasm, as it combined the iconic design elements of the original with modern materials and manufacturing techniques. The Chronomaster Full Black is a continuation of this revival, showcasing the brand's ability to innovate while respecting its storied past. It represents a perfect blend of vintage charm and contemporary flair.
The Chronomaster Aviator Sea Diver Full Black is a striking timepiece, housed in a 316L stainless steel case coated with a glossy black DLC (Diamond-Like Carbon) that gives it a stealthy appearance while also providing exceptional durability and scratch resistance. The compact 38mm diameter case has a thickness of 15.25mm. The crown and pushers are also black, while the case back is brushed stainless steel in its original silver color. It is screwed in, offering a water resistance of 100 meters.
Continuing with the stealth design, the matte black dial serves as a perfect backdrop for the luminous white Luminova indices, which are applied for clarity. The red "Yachting Timer" subdial at 3 o'clock adds a vibrant pop of color and a sporty touch, paying homage to Nivada Grenchen's maritime heritage.
This detail is not just for show; it's a functional element that can be used for timing regattas or any other timed event, reflecting the watch's versatility. The dial also features small seconds at 9 o'clock, a 60-second counter in the center, and a 30-minute counter at 3 o'clock.
The watch is powered by the Sellita automatic movement. This Swiss-made SW510 BH B caliber is renowned for its reliability and accuracy with chronograph functionality, operating at a frequency of 28,800 vibrations per hour (4Hz) and boasting a power reserve of approximately 62 hours.
The Chronomaster Aviator Sea Diver Full Black comes with three strap options: a beads-of-rice bracelet, a black rubber tropic strap, and a black leather strap with white stitching.
The Nivada Grenchen Chronomaster Aviator Sea Diver Full Black is a limited edition of just 50 pieces, priced at USD 2,395, which is equivalent to 8,800 AED.
