The New Patek Philippe Twenty~4 7340/1R Perpetual Calendar

Introduced in 1999, the Twenty~4 collection was Patek Philippe’s first dedicated line of feminine timepieces. The original model featured an Art Deco-inspired manchette (cuff) design, but in 2018, the brand unveiled the Twenty~4 Automatic, which is a round-cased iteration powered by an automatic movement. This year, Patek Philippe elevates the collection further by introducing a perpetual calendar complication, marking the collection's debut in the realm of Grand Complications.
Crafted entirely in 18K rose gold, the watch features a 36mm case with a slender profile of just 9.95mm, making it sit gracefully on the wrist. The case is meticulously finished with a combination of polished and brushed surfaces, enhancing its refined aesthetic. Two dial options are available. The Ref. 7340/1R-001 features a silvery opaline dial with a vertical satin finish, evoking the texture of shantung silk that feature irregular texture, while the Ref. 7340/1R-010 presents an olive green sunburst dial for a more contemporary appeal.

Introducing The New Laurent Ferrier Série Atelier VI: Classic Auto Sandstone

A limited-edition timepiece that merges the robustness of a sports watch with the elegance of the Classic collection

Laurent Ferrier is a contemporary watch brand, established in 2008 by Swiss watchmaker Laurent Ferrier. Renowned for its high-end, handcrafted timepieces, the brand seamlessly blends traditional watchmaking craftsmanship with modern innovation. Among its famous releases is the Classic collection, which witnessed a notable enhancement with the introduction of the moonphase watch. Now, as the Geneva Watch Days exhibition opens its doors, Laurent Ferrier is set to unveil the latest addition to this collection, the stunning Série Atelier VI: Classic Auto Sandstone.

The watch features a stainless steel case with a 40mm diameter and a thickness of 11.94mm. It is equipped with a domed sapphire crystal and a stainless steel ball-shaped crown, while the sapphire case back offers a view of the movement. The dial showcases a lacquered sand-hued finish, complemented by a vertical satin-brushed center and a circular satin-brushed railway track

The dial also features 18K white gold drop-shaped indices, along with a snailed small seconds subdial at 6 o’clock and a stamped date window at 3 o’clock, designed with a gentle slope. The watch's hands are crafted in 18K white gold, with the hour and minute hands taking on the brand's iconic Assegai shape, while the seconds hand is baton-shaped.

The name Classic Auto is a meaningful choice for this new model, emphasizing its connection to the brand's heritage. By adopting the "Auto" designation, already present in the Sport Auto, this model highlights the shared lineage of both watches, which are powered by the same exceptional automatic Calibre LF270.01. This movement features a platinum micro-rotor, operates at a frequency of 28,800 vph (4 Hz), and offers a 72-hour power reserve. The movement's finishing includes rhodium-plated Côtes de Genève bridges, adding to its refined aesthetics.

The Série Atelier VI: Classic Auto Sandstone is paired with a dark brown calf leather strap, featuring a tone-on-tone Alcantara lining and secured with a stainless steel pin buckle. This limited-edition model is restricted to 20 numbered pieces and is priced at CHF 50,000, equivalent to AED 217,000.
