Two sporty variants with distinct black titanium dials
Romain Gauthier has been known for its masterful fusion of innovative design, cutting-edge in-house movements, and elegant hand-finishing. Among the brand's most iconic releases is the "C by Romain Gauthier" collection, which made its debut in 2021 as the Continuum. Expanding on its initial success, Romain Gauthier introduced many releases including the Titanium Edition Five, Titanium Edition Six, and even a fully Platinum version. Now, Romain Gauthier adds another variant to this collection and introduces the new "C by Romain Gauthier Titanium Edition Bracelet”, available with either a closed or semi open-worked black dial.
The case is crafted from lightweight yet durable grade 5 titanium that measures 41mm in diameter and just 9.55mm in thickness, ensuring a sleek and refined profile. Its stunning combination of brushed and polished finishes highlights Romain Gauthier’s signature attention to detail, while the distinctive crown placement at 2 o’clock adds a touch of uniquenes. The dial is protected by a sapphire crystal with anti-reflective coating on the inside, and the watch features a transparent caseback, offering a captivating view of the meticulously crafted movement within.

As mentioned, the new release comes in two dial variations, each offering its own unique appeal. Both feature a black grade 5 titanium dial, but the difference lies in their design: one boasts a classic closed dial, while the other is a semi-openworked model with a sapphire dial partially revealing the seconds mechanism and escapement at 7 o’clock. Both variations feature 18k white gold hands filled with Super-LumiNova, with numerals and indexes crafted entirely from blocks of Super-LumiNova. This not only enhances visibility in low light but also reinforces the modern and innovative aesthetic of the timepiece.

At the heart of the watch lies Romain Gauthier’s in-house manual-winding caliber, operating at a frequency of 28,800 vph (4Hz) and offers 60-hour power reserve. Both variations are paired with a grade 5 titanium bracelet with a folding clasp. The closed-dial version is priced at CHF 42,000 (AED 173,000), while the semi-openworked dial model is available for CHF 52,000 (AED 214,000).
