Eight Unique Creations in Collaboration with Its New East Asian Retail Partner, Sincere Fine Watches
Sincere Fine Watches has announced a strategic partnership with Sartory Billard, the renowned independent French watchmaking maison founded by Armand Billard in 2015. This collaboration marks Sartory Billard’s official entry into the Asian market, with Sincere appointed as the brand’s exclusive retail partner in Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, and Taiwan. To celebrate this milestone, the two houses have unveiled a special collection of eight SB06 Flying Tourbillon SHH Editions, featuring two unique timepieces dedicated to each of Sincere’s four key markets.
Each Sartory Billard SB06 Flying Tourbillon SHH Edition is housed in a polished Grade 5 titanium case, measuring 41mm in diameter and a sleek 9.5mm in height. A double-domed sapphire crystal frames the dial, offering a clear view of both its artistic details and the intricate mechanics beneath.
These eight unique creations pay tribute to the cultural identities of Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, and Taiwan, while highlighting Sartory Billard’s exceptional craftsmanship through striking dial executions and refined material selections with no two watches alike.
A unifying design signature across all eight timepieces is the distinctive double-ended hour hand. One end features a solid gold radiant sun with an expressive face, while the other displays a silver crescent moon filled with Super-LumiNova, glowing gently in low-light conditions. Composed of five finely crafted components, including a sandblasted central shaft, two spear-shaped tips, and celestial motifs, this poetic hand draws inspiration from the astronomical clocks of the past.
Replacing the conventional 12-hour format, the SB06 SHH Editions employ a specially developed under-dial module that displays the time over a full 24-hour cycle, an extremely rare configuration in watchmaking, and the only known example paired with a flying tourbillon. A single large hand completes one full rotation every 24 hours: from 6 AM to 6 PM, the sun leads; from 6 PM to 6 AM, the moon takes over.
Singapore Editions
Inspired by the Rain Vortex at Changi Airport, the world’s tallest indoor waterfall, this edition features a sky-blue guilloché outer ring reflecting the island’s clear skies and architectural grace. At its center, a vortex-like guilloché pattern with metallic reflections evokes the dynamic energy of cascading water.
This edition celebrates the vibrant Peranakan shophouses of Koon Seng Road in the Katong–Joo Chiat district. The 12-part rainbow guilloché dial mirrors the candy-colored façades and ornate tilework of this cultural gem. At the center, a textured anthracite-grey inner dial symbolizes Singapore’s modern urban landscape that surrounds this historic enclave.
Malaysia Editions
One edition pays tribute to Malaysia’s artisanal heritage with a hand-painted batik motif on pure white mother-of-pearl, paired with a black aventurine minute ring, a nod to the country's traditional textiles and decorative artistry.
The second showcases a dial of deep green guilloché paired with an ornamental jade center, a stone revered in Malaysian culture as a symbol of purity, protection, and longevity.
Thailand Editions
Inspired by Thailand’s regal temples and spiritual iconography, the first model features a lapis lazuli dial flecked with gold, complemented by a fumé blue guilloché minute ring, echoing the gilded aesthetics of Thai sacred architecture.
The second edition presents a dial in veined turquoise, framed by a gold-plated guilloché representing the rising sun, recalling the opulent gold-leaf detailing found in historic Thai monuments.
Taiwan Editions
Drawing from Taiwan’s architectural marvel, the first model features a tinted sapphire minute ring overlaid with a guilloché motif inspired by Taipei 101, with cloud-shaped inserts referencing classical East Asian art.
The second model incorporates an actual Taiwanese silicon wafer at the center of the dial, a discreet tribute to the country’s leadership in semiconductor technology, set against a shimmering black aventurine backdrop that evokes a lantern-lit night sky.
At the heart of each SB06 SHH Edition beats the in-house caliber SBTV01, a manual-winding movement visible through the domed sapphire caseback. Beating at 3 Hz (21,600 vph), it delivers an impressive 96-hour power reserve and comprises 209 meticulously finished components. Its signature feature is the invisible sapphire top bridge, lending the flying tourbillon an ethereal, floating presence above the dial.
The reverse side is equally captivating. Two symmetrical bridges anchor the lower half of the movement, while the upper bridge is engraved with “pièce unique,” underlining each watch’s exclusivity. A sapphire bridge bears microscopic engravings including the ruby count, brand, manufacturer, and origin (Val-de-Travers, Switzerland), viewable only under magnification. Beneath it all lies a main plate adorned with a full guilloché decoration, completing the haute horlogerie finish.
Each timepiece is paired with a leather strap color-matched to its dial theme, and secured with a steel buckle engraved with the Sartory Billard logo. The Sartory Billard SB06 Flying Tourbillon SHH Editions are available exclusively at select Sincere Fine Watches and SHH boutiques, priced at USD 156,430 approximately AED 574,550.
