The Summit Collection: A Strong First Step for New Brand Earthen

Earthen Company is one of the freshest names to enter the watch market, founded in Hong Kong in 2025 by a group of passionate collectors and enthusiasts. Co-founder Jonathan Chan, also a key figure behind The Horology Club, explains that the team approached this project as collectors first, not as traditional watchmakers.

The result is a debut that doesn’t chase trends but instead offers something unique, a series of ceramic, field- and pilot-inspired watches at an accessible price point. With the launch of the Summit Collection, it’s clear Earthen intends to make an impression from day one.

Introducing Renaud Tixier Launches the Monday Organica

A 7 piece limited edition in collaboration with Ateliers Olivier Vaucher

Renaud Tixier is a young independent brand founded by the legendary watchmaker Dominique Renaud. After decades of pioneering complications for some of the industry’s most prestigious names, Renaud launched his own project, Monday, together with Julien Tixier, with the ambition of reinterpreting classical codes through modern inventions. Today, Renaud Tixier expands the collection with a remarkable collaboration with dial maker Ateliers Olivier Vaucher to present the Monday Organica.

The watch is housed in a platinum case measuring 40.8 mm in diameter, 12.6 mm in height, and 51.3 mm lug-to-lug. Its flanks and lugs are hand-engraved, while the caseback is fitted with sapphire glass, offering a clear view of the movement. Water resistance is rated at 30 meters.

The dial, crafted entirely by Ateliers Olivier Vaucher, is the result of 112 hours of meticulous work. It combines multi-level hand engraving with translucent layers of grand feu enamel, creating a surface that merges geometry with organic forms.

Powering the watch is the caliber RVI2023, built around Renaud’s patented micro-rotor system, inspired by energy recovery systems in the automotive world. This invention enhances efficiency while protecting the mechanism with a disengagement feature in case of shocks. The movement beats at 18,000 vph (2.5 Hz) and delivers a 60-hour power reserve. It features a gold-plated platinum micro-rotor, along with a barrel ratchet wheel engraved and finished with violet grand feu enamel.

The watch is delivered on a choice of blue or black grained calf leather straps, hand-stitched using the wallet-style turned-edge technique. Limited to just 7 pieces, each watch comes with a certificate co-signed by Dominique Renaud and Olivier Vaucher. The Monday Organica is priced at CHF 125,000 (approximately AED 574,100).
