The New Patek Philippe Twenty~4 7340/1R Perpetual Calendar

Introduced in 1999, the Twenty~4 collection was Patek Philippe’s first dedicated line of feminine timepieces. The original model featured an Art Deco-inspired manchette (cuff) design, but in 2018, the brand unveiled the Twenty~4 Automatic, which is a round-cased iteration powered by an automatic movement. This year, Patek Philippe elevates the collection further by introducing a perpetual calendar complication, marking the collection's debut in the realm of Grand Complications.
Crafted entirely in 18K rose gold, the watch features a 36mm case with a slender profile of just 9.95mm, making it sit gracefully on the wrist. The case is meticulously finished with a combination of polished and brushed surfaces, enhancing its refined aesthetic. Two dial options are available. The Ref. 7340/1R-001 features a silvery opaline dial with a vertical satin finish, evoking the texture of shantung silk that feature irregular texture, while the Ref. 7340/1R-010 presents an olive green sunburst dial for a more contemporary appeal.

News New York City Hosts LVMH Watch Week 2025

The Sixth Edition Promises to Be the Largest, Featuring Nine Watchmaking Maisons

LVMH is gearing up to host the sixth edition of the LVMH Watch Week from January 21 to 24, 2025, in New York City. The event was originally scheduled to take place on the West Coast of the United States, in Hollywood, Los Angeles, but was relocated due to the devastating fires in the region. It was then decided to hold the event in New York, marking a new milestone in the history of this prestigious event.

This edition promises a record-breaking participation from the French group’s watch brands, making it the largest iteration of the event to date.

Nine renowned watchmaking Maisons under the LVMH umbrella will unveil their latest creations to watch enthusiasts, trade journalists, retailers, and select clients from around the globe. Each brand will highlight its unique excellence and innovative spirit.

This year’s edition welcomes three new brands to the event: Louis Vuitton, Tiffany & Co., and L’Epée 1839, the latter being the most recent addition to LVMH’s watch portfolio. These brands will join returning Maisons: Bulgari, Hublot, TAG Heuer, Zenith, Daniel Roth, and Gérald Genta.

The LVMH Watch Week was first launched in 2020 in Dubai, shortly before the global outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic. During the pandemic, the event transitioned to a virtual format for two years, ensuring the continued presentation of the group’s horological innovations. In 2023, the event returned to an in-person format in Singapore, followed by its first-ever appearance in the United States in Miami in 2024. The Miami edition also saw the introduction of Daniel Roth and Gérald Genta, which had recently joined LVMH’s watchmaking portfolio at its La Fabrique du Temps facility in Geneva.

The sixth edition of LVMH Watch Week underscores the importance of the U.S. market, now the largest globally for Swiss watches. Frédéric Arnault, CEO of LVMH Watches, expressed his enthusiasm, saying:

"This sixth edition of LVMH Watch Week will feature nine of the Group’s watchmaking Maisons, including three new participants, further boosting the momentum of this event, which has become a must-attend occasion for watch enthusiasts. We are thrilled to welcome our clients and partners at the start of the year to showcase new timepieces, exciting surprises, and exceptional creations that will define 2025."
