The Summit Collection: A Strong First Step for New Brand Earthen

Earthen Company is one of the freshest names to enter the watch market, founded in Hong Kong in 2025 by a group of passionate collectors and enthusiasts. Co-founder Jonathan Chan, also a key figure behind The Horology Club, explains that the team approached this project as collectors first, not as traditional watchmakers.

The result is a debut that doesn’t chase trends but instead offers something unique, a series of ceramic, field- and pilot-inspired watches at an accessible price point. With the launch of the Summit Collection, it’s clear Earthen intends to make an impression from day one.

Introducing MeisterSinger Launches the Edition Neo J.E

Paying tribute to the 1960s icon Jaguar E-Type

The German brand MeisterSinger is best known for its classic approach to timekeeping with single-hand watches that embrace the aesthetics of the past. The Neo collection is one of its most renowned lines, carrying forward the same single-hand philosophy, but with a clean, minimalist design inspired by the evocative spirit of the 1960s.

In its latest release, the brand introduces the Edition Neo J.E, a limited edition that merges horology with automotive nostalgia, celebrating one of the most iconic cars ever made, the Jaguar E-Type. This new edition follows in the footsteps of the Neo T1 released in 2024 that pays tribute to the T1 van, but takes a deeper dive into British motoring heritage. The Edition Neo J.E doesn’t just evoke the era, it arrives with a 1:18 scale model of the E-Type Cabriolet.

The watch is housed in a 36mm stainless steel case, measuring 10mm thick. A slim bezel and domed sapphire crystal reinforce the 1960s aesthetic. On the reverse, a closed screwed caseback is engraved with the watch’s limited edition number. Water resistance is rated at 50 meters.

The beige dial takes inspiration from the E-Type’s roof and interior, while subtle British Racing Green accents recall the car’s legendary paintwork. Cognac-colored five-minute markings reference the vehicle’s wooden steering wheel, and the silver multi-printed numerals nod to its chromed wheel rims. A single blued hand displays both the hours and minutes, with MeisterSinger’s signature line hierarchy helping wearers approximate the time to five-minute intervals.

Powering the watch is the Sellita SW200 automatic movement, modified for MeisterSinger’s unique single-hand display. It beats at a frequency of 28,800 vph (4 Hz) and offers a 38-hour power reserve. The Edition Neo J.E is paired with a green vintage saddle leather strap with beige double stitching.

Limited to just 100 pieces, each watch is accompanied by a 1:18 scale model of the Jaguar E-Type Cabriolet by Bburago, all presented in a striking green case with a backdrop of Westminster Palace. The watch is priced at EUR 2,290, approximately AED 9,900.
