Louis Erard Unveils the Limited-Edition Gravée Main

Since 2021, Louis Erard has been redefining the boundaries of Métiers d’Art, from Grand Feu enamel and guilloché to wood marquetry, and soon, gold wire inlay. Now, Gravée Main opens a new chapter, paying tribute to one of the oldest crafts in watchmaking hand engraving.
Gravée Main represents a new milestone in Louis Erard’s Métiers d’Art series. This limited edition of 99 unique timepieces places hand engraving at center stage, with every metal element entirely engraved and finished by hand, a meticulous process that requires more than 50 hours of work.

Introducing H. Moser & Cie. Unveils the Endeavour Perpetual Calendar Smoked Salmon

A distinctive dial, presents one of the most intricate complications with striking clarity

For the Geneva Watch Days 2025, H. Moser & Cie. once again demonstrates what it is best known for: a highly complicated movement, exceptional finishing, a striking dial, and a minimalist approach that makes even the most complex functions remarkably intuitive.

The new Endeavour Perpetual Calendar Smoked Salmon embodies these traits with its distinctive smoked salmon fumé griffé dial, presented in the iconic Endeavour case in 18k white gold. This launch also revives the captivating smoked salmon hue first seen in the Streamliner Perpetual Calendar Concept.

The case measures 42mm in diameter and 13.1mm in height, crafted from 18k white gold with alternating brushed and polished surfaces. It is fitted with curved sapphire crystals on both sides and is water-resistant to 30 meters.

The dial, finished in the brand’s smoked salmon hue with a vertical brushed griffé decoration, offers a constantly shifting play of light and tonalities. Its minimalist layout highlights the perpetual calendar functions with remarkable clarity: a large date window, a small central hand indicating the months by pointing to the corresponding hour marker, a power reserve indicator, and a small seconds subdial.

In contrast to traditional perpetual calendars cluttered with multiple apertures, Moser’s design reduces complexity to an elegant display. The calendar can be set forwards or backwards at any time without risk to the movement, a testament to the brand’s technical ingenuity.

At its heart beats the HMC 800 manufacture calibre, a hand-wound movement measuring 34mm in diameter and 6.3mm in height. It boasts an impressive minimum power reserve of seven days and features an escapement wheel made of gold.

Beating at 18,000 vph (2.5 Hz), this award-winning perpetual calendar calibre is designed as an integrated construction rather than a modular add-on, enhancing both reliability and refinement.

Completing the timepiece is a dark brown alligator strap paired with an 18k white gold pin buckle. The Endeavour Perpetual Calendar Smoked Salmon is not a limited edition and is priced at CHF 54,000 (approximately AED 246,500).
