Introducing The New Depancel Série-R Automatic Tangerine Chronograph
Welcome to the hub of the horoloy
During our stay in Geneva, our journey led us to the Four Seasons Hotel, where Jacob & Co. is showcasing its new releases for the year 2024. There, we were graciously received by Bahman Tagharrobi, the company’s Master Watchmaker.
Bahman Tagharrobi introduced us to the “Astronomia Regulator” watch, which stands as the smallest Astronomia watch to date. This timepiece presents time in a distinctive “regulator” format, melding the elegance and uniqueness of the “Astronomia” collection with the precision of timekeeping associated with “regulator” watches.
Achieving this unique time display required meticulous attention, starting with the dial, which completes a full rotation every 60 seconds. Countless hours of labor and technical breakthroughs were essential before Jacob could unveil this masterpiece. Mr. Bahman generously elucidated the technology and intricacy behind this movement.
We have previously delved into the watch in a detailed article, where we expounded on the workings of this movement extensively on our website. link from here
