Four elegant releases pay homage to the watchmaking artistic heritage
When a watchmaker celebrates 270 years of excellence, every anniversary becomes a testament to its rich legacy and continued superiority over the centuries. As the oldest brand to have continuously produced watches since its establishment in 1755, Vacheron Constantin knows well how to commemorate this historic milestone at the "Watches & Wonders 2025" exhibition, where it unveiled new releases within the "Patrimony" collection. Now, the brand presents four distinguished models within the "Traditionnelle" collection, each with a unique character reflecting the brand's vision of blending heritage with modernity.
The 38mm Traditionnelle manual-winding model is available in platinum and pink gold, measuring 7.77mm thick. The silver dial showcases geometric patterns inspired by the Maltese cross, with small seconds at 6 o'clock. Each variant features sapphire crystal on both sides and is limited to 370 pieces.

Inside beats the calibre 4400 AS/270, a manual-winding movement with a 65-hour power reserve and a frequency of 28,800 vph (4Hz). Paired with a grey alligator leather strap featuring tone-on-tone hand stitching and an 18K gold pin buckle shaped like a half Maltese cross, each metal variant is limited to 370 pieces, and priced at $36,300 /AED 137,000 for the platinum, and $26,100 / AED 99,000 for the pink gold.

For the second timepiece, the brand opted for a more elegant touch, a 36mm moon phase model that is 8.90mm thick. It comes in pink gold with an 80 round-cut diamond-set bezel and a crown set with one round-cut diamond. The mother-of-pearl dial features a small seconds subdial at 6 o’clock, a vertical moon phase indicator between 8 and 9 o'clock, and a power reserve indicator between 10 and 11 o’clock.

Powering this watch is the calibre 1410 AS/270, a manual-winding movement that operates at a frequency of 28,800 vph (4Hz) and offers a 38-hour power reserve. The strap is crafted from pink alligator leather with an 18K gold pin buckle, mirroring the half Maltese cross design. Limited to 270 pieces, and priced at $48,100 / AED 182,000.
The third watch in this release is a 33mm manual-winding model, measuring 7.7mm thick and crafted from 18K pink gold. This simple time-only piece features a 54 round-cut diamond-set bezel and a stunning mother-of-pearl dial.

The watch is powered by the calibre 1440/270, a manual-winding movement that offers a 42-hour power reserve and operates at a frequency of 28,800 vph (4Hz). It comes with the same pink alligator leather strap and is limited to 270 pieces with a price of $32,600 / AED 123,000. Flip these watches over, to spot the sapphire caseback engraved with the 270th-anniversary emblem. Peer inside, and you’ll find the 'côte unique' motif adorning the bridge finishing, a meticulous detail that underscores Vacheron Constantin's commitment to fine watchmaking.
