Two beautiful releases adorned with more than 900 brilliant-cut diamonds
Audemars Piguet has a history that dates back to 1875, renowned for its high-quality timepieces and innovative designs that have captivated watch enthusiasts. In 2019, Audemars Piguet unveiled the Code 11.59 collection, which sparked discussions within the horology community. Some enthusiasts applauded its innovative approach, while others criticized its departure from the iconic models, such as the Royal Oak. Over the years, Audemars Piguet has continued to release a diverse range of models, including the First 38mm Audemars Piguet Code 11.59, introduced last year, as well as the new references unveiled this year.
Now, Audemars Piguet is expanding the Code 11.59 collection with two new timepieces in 18-carat pink or white gold, both adorned with diamonds. These new releases feature brilliant-cut diamonds set on the case, which measures 38mm in diameter and 9.6mm in thickness. The glare-proof sapphire crystal protects the dial, while the sapphire caseback offers a clear view of the movement, allowing you to observe its intricate mechanics.

The dial combines over 500 diamonds and blue sapphires for the rose gold variant, or brilliant-cut pink sapphires and diamonds for the other variant. Unlike the new references we saw this year, this release features a time-only display with no date function, ensuring the dial is smooth and uncluttered. The dial also showcases pink or white gold applied hands and indices with a luminescent coating, along with a blue or rhodium-toned inner bezel.
The watch is set with a total of 910 brilliant-cut diamonds, distributed throughout the entire watch. This includes 335 diamonds on the case, 533 diamonds and sapphires on the dial, and 42 diamonds on the buckle.

Both watches are powered by the caliber 5909, an automatic movement that operates at 28,800 vph (4Hz), and offers 60 hours of power reserve. The watches come with a dark blue or grey alligator leather strap with 18-carat pink or white gold AP folding clasp set with brillant-cut diamonds. The new Code 11:59 releases share the price of CHF 90,300, equivalent to AED 370,500.
