Nugget The First Gold Edition, and 'Stellar Blue' with a Deep Blue Dial
In the first quarter of 2024, Chronoswiss unveiled its new "Strike Two" collection. Drawing inspiration from one of its iconic creations from the 1990s “the Tora” the brand introduced a modern interpretation featuring a distinctive horizontal regulator display.

Now, Chronoswiss presents two new additions the Stellar Blue, with a deep blue dial and matte-finished steel case, and the Nugget, the first Strike Two model to feature a red gold case.
These two novelties join the existing four editions in the collection, the most recent being the Terra, which we previously reviewed in detail from here.
Housed in a sandblasted stainless steel case, the Stellar Blue delivers a darker and more refined silhouette than any previous Strike Two. The matte finish gives it a weightless, futuristic appearance.
Marking a first for the Strike Two line, the Nugget edition introduces a red gold case, elevating the collection into precious metal territory. Featuring polished facets, sandblasted surfaces, and the signature coin-edge bezel, it retains the design language of the steel models while offering a more luxurious character.
Both timepieces share the same 17-part case construction, measuring 40mm in diameter and 12.7mm in height. They are fitted with double anti-reflective sapphire crystals on both the front and back. The screw-down caseback is satin-finished and features a sapphire crystal window, while the classic onion-shaped crown adds a traditional Chronoswiss touch. Water resistance is rated at 30 meters.
The dials are true showcases of craftsmanship. In the Nugget, the anthracite dial is hand-guilloché in the Lucerne atelier, finished with a galvanic treatment on a brass base, and accented with gold-tone highlights. In the Stellar Blue, a similar hand-guilloché base is enhanced with a rich blue hue applied via CVD-coating, offering striking depth.
Both models feature the collection’s hallmark horizontal regulator layout: a decentralized hour display at 3 o'clock, central minutes, and a small seconds subdial at 9 o'clock.

The subdial is lacquered white on the Nugget, while in the Stellar Blue, it is rendered in hand-guilloché. Elegant feuille-shaped hands and Super-LumiNova indexes ensure legibility in low-light conditions.
Powered by the Chronoswiss C.6000 caliber, an automatic the same used in the previous Strike Two edition, this movement boasts distinctive features including ruthenium plating, a skeletonized tungsten rotor, and Côtes de Genève finishing emanating from the center. Developed in collaboration with La Joux-Perret, it operates at 28,800 vibrations per hour and offers a power reserve of 55 hours. This intricate movement is set to grace the next generation timepieces of Chronoswiss.
Both watches come with nubuck calfskin leather straps, white for the Stellar Blue and black for the Nugget, each lined with blue Alcantara. Each timepiece is limited to 100 pieces. for the prices Nugget CHF 23,400, Stellar Blue CHF 10,800
