Introducing The Brellum Pandial Marina Tricompax Chronometer
Welcome to the hub of the horoloy
Inspired by the element of fire and brought to life by the artist Mo Coppoletta
The tale of the Octo Finissimo Tattoo collection takes its inspiration from natural elements that we have seen in the Tattoo trilogy. Originating from the visionary minds of Fabrizio Buonamassa Stigliani, the CEO of BULGARI; Laurent Picciotto, the CEO of Chronopassion, and the tattoo artist Mo Coppoletta, this collection has embraced the allure of Aria, which means "wind" in Italian, the essence of Aqua, which means "water," and now, the flaming passion of Fuoco, which means "fire."
The case is sculpted from sandblasted 18k rose gold. It's a material imbued with warmth, reminiscent of the blazing flames that give this watch its character, making it a distinct shift from its sandblasted titanium predecessors.
The Octo, with its octagonal design, holding 8 finesse records, its lightweight and thin structure, a mere 40mm in diameter and 5.15 mm in thickness, makes it feel like a second skin on the wrist. Adding depth to the design is the intricate laser-engraved tattoo motif on the dial, case, and bracelet illuminates this intertwining dance of flames, with the bezel's untouched surface providing a beautiful contrast. The timepiece further boasts sapphire crystals on the front and caseback, ensuring a clear view of the dial and movement. Each new iteration of the Octo Finissimo draws inspiration from the core elements of our world - this time, the eternal flame.
The laser-engraved dial, crafted from sandblasted 18k pink gold, carries the tattoo theme seamlessly. It features brown skeletonised hour and minute hands without any indices and includes a small seconds sub-dial located at 8 o'clock.
Driving this timepiece is the in-house caliber BVL 138, known as the ultra-thin Finissimo automatic movement, it features a platinum micro-rotor and measures 36.60mm x 2.23mm. Operating at 21,600 vph (3Hz), the watch promises precision and 60-hours of power reserve. Adding to its charm, the integrated rose gold bracelet continues the tattoo pattern, combined with an integrated folding clasp.
This timepiece is limited-edition to 15 pieces, and exclusively available at Chronopassion in Paris, with a price of EUR 60,000 which is equivalent to AED 234,000.
