Amber sand hue adorns Moser’s latest watches
H. Moser & Cie is known for its quality craftsmanship and innovative technology, and it stays true to its "Very Rare" philosophy as an independent brand by producing limited quantities of each model. This year, the brand has partnered with esteemed luxury watch retailer Bucherer to release three exclusive models, featuring a unique amber-sand fumé dial—an entirely new hue for H. Moser.
Starting with the most complicated variant, the Endeavour Concept Minute Repeater Tourbillon Amber Sand features an elegant 40 mm titanium case with sapphire crystal on both the front and caseback. The watch's standout element is its stunning amber sand fumé dial in grand feu enamel, which showcases the minute repeater’s gongs encircling the dial. At 11 o’clock, the minute repeater's hammers are visible, while the one-minute flying tourbillon is positioned at 6 o’clock. When activated, the sequence produces a single tone for the hours, followed by a double tone for the quarters, and finishing with an additional tone for the minutes past the last quarter.
The watch is powered by the HMC 904 caliber, an in-house manual-winding movement operating at 21,600 vph (3Hz) and offering an impressive 90-hour power reserve. As a unique piece, it is the most exclusive of the trio, priced at EUR 395,000 / AED 1,588,000.
The second variant in this release is the Pioneer Tourbillon Amber Sand, an elegant timepiece that displays only the time, with the addition of a one-minute flying tourbillon at 6 o'clock. The watch comes in a 40 mm stainless steel case, brushed and polished, and features an amber sand dial.
It is powered by the in-house HMC 804 caliber, an automatic movement operating at 21,600 vph (3Hz) and offering a 90-hour power reserve. Limited to just 18 pieces, the watch is priced at EUR 63,200 / AED 255,000.
The third and final release of the trio is the Pioneer Centre Seconds Amber Sand, a simple time-only model with a central seconds hand, as its name suggests. Like the other variant, it features a 40 mm stainless steel case, topped with sapphire crystal on both the front and caseback.
The amber sand dial is beautiful, and it includes polished applied indices along with Super-Luminova on the hour and minute hands. Powering the watch is the in-house automatic calibre HMC 200, operating at a frequency of 21,600 vph (3Hz) and offering a 90-hour power reserve. Limited to 88 pieces and priced at EUR 15,990 / AED 64,300. The Endeavour watch is paired with a black alligator leather strap, while the two Pioneer watches come with a khaki rubber strap.
